Mommy Goes Green

It’s nice to see that humongous companies like Pepsi take notice of the little people. Those of us that prefer real ingredients to fake ones.  Like sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup ( HFCS ).   I’m not kidding myself, I know that eating high amounts of even regular sugar isn’t good for you but if you have a huge small addiction to soda, then you might as well drink one with real ingredients.

Let me introduce you to Pepsi’s new addition to the family, Pepsi Natural.  Pepsi Natural contains all-natural ingredients, including light sparkling water, natural sugar, natural caramel and kola nut extract. To top it all off, it will be in a glass bottle ( and y’all know that soda cans are lined with BPA, right?? ).  Also arriving in stores on April 20 ( and just in time for Earth Day ), Pepsi Throwback and Mountain Dew Throwback will contain natural sugar in a retro looking package.  

At least those of us with a small addiction can now feel less guilty about it
