Mommy Goes Green

For some unknown reason, we get about a dozen phone books a year.   I haven’t used a phone book in years – has anyone heard of the INTERNET?  Okay, I know they make free booster seats ( and free is a good price! ) but I, for one, am done with lugging these bulky books to the recycle bin.

I signed up for Yellow Pages Goes Green , they contact each phone book publisher to remove you from their distribution.   It took less than a minute – do it today!

And finally – don’t throw your old books away. RECYCLE, RECYCLE, RECYCLE.  If your curbside recycler will not take phone books, enter your zip code at Keep America Beautiful to find the nearest phonebook recycling facility.
