Have you tried contacting them again? This is the email address they told me to use: liners@mysigg.com. Good luck! Also, I found a local store that exchanged my bottle – without a receipt. You might find one locally as well.

I sent my bottle to them on September 10th and never received an email or anything from them. I’m trying to find my receipt now that I sent it. It’s ridiculous.

Hi Jennifer,

I went back to SIGG and requested a refund and was denied. Two other options: my local natural foods store is taking returns on the SIGG, no receipt required. You might see if there is one in your city. Also, The Soft Landing ( http://www.thesoftlanding.com ) is offering a 30% discount on a new bottle if you send them your old SIGG.

Did you get a refund? Because now they aren’t doing refunds anymore, only the “voluntary” exchange program where you have to pay for shipping.. it’s so disappointing!
